When we posted about Clifton Comics, a friend mentioned that we should hit up Queen City Comics in Fairfield. (No website of their own? Gross. Will run social media in exchange for Batman merch!)
If you're into comic books, this store is incredible. Spacious, comfortable, jammed with comics and graphic novels from wall to wall.
However, if you're into a wider range of geekery, you're going to have to look elsewhere for your gaming gear-- no dice, board games, Warhammer figures, etc. You can score some trading cards and Marvel posters but Queen City specializes in your comic needs (and does that very well).
From what I've heard, Queen City offers a comics discount if you open a folder with them-- you tell them what comics you want, and every week they pull those aside for you and have them ready when you visit. Maybe this is standard across comic book stores? If it isn't, it ought to be.
Queen City is way-the-eff-out on Route 4, so swing by next time you're going to Jungle Jim's.

Another cool place to check out is Rockin' Rooster on the West Side. It's on Glenway, and they have gaming on Saturday nights, so they stay open late.
