Oops! Did I say that Arnold's was the last place we went on our day-tour of Cincinnati? On a whim, my friends and I ended up in Milford for some all-organic cupcakes from Sugar.
Sugar Cupcakery was a much different experience this time around, which is why I wanted to write it up again even though
I've already visited once. Last time we were almost shooed out because they were closing; this time, because we were eating in, we were invited to the outdoor patio and our cupcakes were carried out to us on sweet little plates.

We whiled away an hour or so on the patio, which is gorgeous (and the night was perfecto). Make sure this is on your list of hangouts for the summer. (STILL: I'd call ahead and make sure they're stocked up, before you drive out there. They tend to sell out at random hours!)

Sugar is one of my favorite cupcake places in the city. (How's that for non-committal?) For my money, Take the Cake Cafe is where it's at, but if you're looking for a nice drive out of the city and a change of scenery, I'd definitely give Sugar a try.
